Every candidate is prescreened to evaluate educational background, employment history, relevant skills, and desired career objectives. During this meeting, the candidate’s ability, interest level and potential cultural fit for your organization is assessed.
Candidate presentation includes a resume in our standardized format, a brief summary highlighting why the candidate is a fit for your open position, and reference checks if they are available at that time.
Reference checks are conducted as early in the process as possible. We ask a series of questions to further understand a candidate’s credentials from current and prior employers to give you the most accurate representation of the candidate.
Throughout the interview and selection process, Fortis maintains consistent contact with each client and candidate. We are actively involved with the scheduling of interviews, post-interview feedback, offer presentation and onboarding of the selected candidate.
The final step in the recruiting process is the follow-up phase. Fortis Consulting Group maintains contact with our candidates and clients during the initial transition phase into the new organization.
